Single Leg Dynamic Stability

Do you have Explosive Power AND Control? Being able to produce force is important, but you need to control it too… —– ?Single leg exercises are great for exposing muscle weakness and balance deficits! ?This exercise tests your strength and balance during a more explosive movement. This one is great for all my runners ? , sprinters, football players ?, etc… ?Set up a box or bench about knee height and perform an explosive single leg step up. ✔️Can you pause at the top while keeping your trunk, hips, and ankle stable?? ?Try a few reps on each side and take note of where you feel unstable, and if one side is more difficult than the other. ?This is a test of your stability, but can also be a great exercise choice to improve both your strength and control. ✔️Try it out and let me know how you do!!
